Gorge Walking

Wet"n" Wild in Scotland!

Are you up for a good soaking? If crawling behind waterfalls, jumping off ledges, crawling in and out of small caves and jumping into deep pools sound good to you then come and join us for some gorge walking! Caving Explore the world under our feet! Your guide will introduce you to many of the sporting features with great names like, The Worm Hole, Death Ledge, The Rat Trap, The Cork Screw and not forgetting the ‘Letter Box’. Don't be put off by the name, if you won't fit through the Letter Box, there is always ‘parcel post!’. As with all great BMA adventures, the day would not be the same without a visit to the Washing Machine! Yes, it means you are going to get wet.

Archery

Bows and Arrows!

A recipe for fun! And a good way to spend a few hours. The centre has a range of bows suitable for all ages and sizes from lightweight training bows suitable for children to more powerful recurve bows. Once you have got used to your bow and had some pointers from one of our instructors you will be scoring higher and higher and soon be going for gold!

Clay Shooting

Experience the Thrill of firing a Shoot Gun!

Never tried clay shooting before? Your first time can be daunting! But once you have fired your first shoot under the watchful supervision of our experienced coach and after a few practice shots you will soon be getting your eye in. When you have mastered hitting the clays one at a time, you can do the same with two disks flying past at the same time.
Who will be the first to hit them both? Bets are down and the competition begins!

Climbing & Abseil Tower

Looking to Test your skill at Climbing!

If you have never climbed before, this is a great introduction to the sport. Our climbing tower has been designed to challenge you personally with a number of climbing routes and with a little practice you will soon be scaling to the top in no time at all. Once you have climbed to the top then the only way down is to Abseil, another great challenge!

High Level Ropes

Do you have a head for heights?

"Looking for an activity which is Fun! Challenging! This will test your head for heights"...... The high level ropes course is a great medium for team building events as well as personal challenges with a variety of elements to challenge you in different ways such as, Jacobs Ladder, Monkey Swings, Criss-cross, Indian Rope Bridge, Balance Beam, Postman's Walk, Grape Vine, Leap of Faith and the 90 Meter Zip Wire.

Land Carting

Looking for a team challenge?

Land Carting is great for the teams looking for that competitive edge. Take all the equipment for raft building, exchange the barrels for some wheels, replace the water with an open green field and you have land carting. This activity will get your brain working and your lungs heaving, where Scrap Yard Challenge meets the Crystal Maze.

The popularity of rock climbing has grown over the years and indoor climbing walls are spring up in most cities. The profile for Rock climbing is huge, and is being further enhanced with increased TV coverage. As the sport has rapidly evolved it has brought new techniques and skills to the rock climber, making it safer and more accessible.
